Farfelle with Herb Cream Sauce
Fresh and simple pasta with flavourful herbs and a creamy tomato sauce.

Farfelle with Herb Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 1/4 cups diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cups farfalle pasta, cooked and drained
Directions
- To prepare herb cream sauce, heat oil in a frypan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Reduce heat and stir in tomatoes, basil and oregano; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or just until heated through.
- Add cream cheese and cook, stirring constantly, until melted. Stir in parsley.
- Toss herb cream sauce with hot cooked farfalle. Serve immediately.
