Garam Masala

Ingredients

• 1 tsp cardamom
• 1 tsp coriander
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp cloves
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
