This sparkling tropical drink is thickened with rich cream of coconut.

GOLDEN AMBROSIA PUNCH

Ingredients

  • 7 cups orange juice, chilled
  • 1 can (1.36 L) pineapple juice, chilled
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 can (425 g) cream of coconut
  • 4 cups ginger ale, chilled

Directions

  1. Combine orange juice, pineapple juice, cold water and cream of coconut in a punch bowl until well blended. Stir in ginger ale. Serve immediately.
