Grape and Goat Cheese Pizza

This fun pizza is great for a starter at a barbecue 

Yield: Serves 6 - 8 as a starter

Grape and Goat Cheese Pizza


  • 1 baked pizza crust
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 3/4 cups halved seedless red grapes
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz soft goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper


  1. Brush top of pizza crust with 1 tbsp oil. Combine grapes and rosemary in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp oil and toss to coat. Spread grape mixture over pizza crust. Top with cheese and sprinkle with pepper.
  2. Place pizza on a pizza pan or directly on barbecue grid on natural gas barbecue. With lid down, bake pizza over low heat for 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Slice and serve.
