GREEK LAMB CHOPS
Lamb is a staple of Greek cuisine. These tasty chops are flavoured with lemon, oregano and plenty of garlic.

GREEK LAMB CHOPS
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 8 lamb loin chops, 1 inch thick
Directions
- To prepare marinade, combine all ingredients except lamb in a heavy zip-lock plastic bag. Add lamb and squeeze bag to coat lamb with marinade; seal bag. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Preheat natural gas barbecue on low heat for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Remove lamb from marinade; discard marinade. Grill lamb to desired doneness.
