GREEK MARINADE

This handy marinade uses the Greek flavours of lemon, garlic, oregano and rosemary. Use it to make lamb, chicken or beef.

Yield: Makes 1 1/3 cups.

GREEK MARINADE

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp rosemary, crumbled
  • 1 tsp oregano, crumbled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Use to marinate lamb, chicken or beef.
