Ingredients: 1/2 cup oil; 1 medium onion, chopped; 1/3 cup lemon juice; 2 cloves garlic, crushed; 2 tsp rosemary, crumbled; 1 tsp oregano, crumbled; 1 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

This handy marinade uses the Greek flavours of lemon, garlic, oregano and rosemary. Use it to make lamb, chicken or beef.

Yield: Makes 1 1/3 cups.

Ingredients

1/2 cup oil

1/3 cup lemon juice

Directions
