GREEN BEANS WITH HAZELNUT BUTTER

Ingredients

  • 6 cups sliced green beans
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped toasted hazelnuts
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Cook beans in boiling water until tender, about 5 minutes; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, combine butter, hazelnuts, salt and pepper. Add butter mixture to beans and toss until butter is melted. Serve immediately.
