Green Goddess Yogurt Dressing

Originating in California, this popular homemade dressing is named for its light green colour. Serve this delicious dressing on your next garden vegetable salad – you won’t be disappointed!

Yield: Makes 2 cups

Green Goddess Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped anchovies, optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp tarragon leaves, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 2 days. Stir before using.
