Green Goddess Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp finely chopped anchovies, optional
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp tarragon leaves, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 2 days. Stir before using.
