This barbecued dessert really lets the natural flavours of summer fruit shine.

Quick, Weeknight Meal, Gluten-Free
GRILLED FRUIT WITH HONEY MINT SAUCE
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp slivered fresh mint
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp vanilla
4 nectarines, sliced
4 plums, sliced
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp sugar
To prepare sauce, combine yogurt, honey, mint, lime juice and vanilla until blended. Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
Combine nectarines, plums, butter and sugar. Place fruit mixture in an oiled grill wok. Grill fruit over medium heat on natural gas barbecue, stirring frequently, until fruit mixture is heated through and lightly glazed. Serve warm with sauce.
