GRILLED POTATO WEDGES

​You may be tempted to try these wedges with ketchup, but they’re so much better with our Honey Garlic Mustard.

Yield: Serves 6.

GRILLED POTATO WEDGES

Ingredients

  • 8 medium-large yellow potatoes
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Yield: Serves 6.

Directions

  1. Preheat natural gas barbecue on medium heat for 10 – 15 minutes.
  2. To prepare potatoes, cut each potato lengthwise into wedges, about ½ inch thick. Add potatoes and oil to a large bowl. Toss to coat. Season with salt.
  3. With lid down, grill potatoes in single layer until grill-marked, about 6 – 9 minutes. Flip potatoes and continue to cook until tender, about 6 – 9 minutes.
  4. Transfer potatoes to a large bowl. Drizzle with Honey Garlic Mustard. Toss to coat. Sprinkle cheese over wedges.

HONEY GARLIC MUSTARD

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup liquid honey
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. To make Honey Garlic Mustard, combine honey, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce together in a small bowl. Set aside.
