HONEY LEMON WINGS
These baked chicken wings are covered in a tangy honey-lemon glaze and crunchy sesame seeds.

HONEY LEMON WINGS
Ingredients
- 3 lb (1.5 kg) chicken wing drumettes
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup liquid honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame seed
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet with non-stick foil. Place chicken in a single layer in prepared pan.
- Combine lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, sesame seed and lemon peel; pour over chicken, tossing to coat.
- Bake, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until wings are glazed and richly browned, about 1 - 1 1/4 hours. May be frozen for up to 1 month.
