HONEY LEMON WINGS

These baked chicken wings are covered in a tangy honey-lemon glaze and crunchy sesame seeds.

HONEY LEMON WINGS

Ingredients

  • 3 lb (1.5 kg) chicken wing drumettes
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame seed
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with non-stick foil. Place chicken in a single layer in prepared pan.
  3. Combine lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, sesame seed and lemon peel; pour over chicken, tossing to coat.
  4. Bake, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until wings are glazed and richly browned, about 1 - 1 1/4 hours. May be frozen for up to 1 month.
