ICED CHAI
Ingredients
- 4 English breakfast tea bags
- 1 piece (1 inch) fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 cup milk (2%)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Ice
Directions
- Combine tea bags, ginger, cinnamon and honey in a tea pot. Add boiling water; let stand 10 minutes.
- Remove tea bags; chill tea in refrigerator.
- Strain tea into a serving pitcher. Stir in milk and vanilla. Serve in tall glasses over ice.
