IRISH CREAM FRAPPE

This cool after-dinner drink combines coffee with Irish cream liqueur, milk and chocolate syrup.

Yield: Serves 3.

IRISH CREAM FRAPPE

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup milk (2%)
  • 1/3 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • Chocolate syrup*

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except chocolate syrup in a blender. Purée until smooth.
  2. Pour into wine goblets. Drizzle chocolate syrup over each serving.
