IRISH CREAM FRAPPE
This cool after-dinner drink combines coffee with Irish cream liqueur, milk and chocolate syrup.

- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1/3 cup milk (2%)
- 1/3 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
- Chocolate syrup*
- Place all ingredients except chocolate syrup in a blender. Purée until smooth.
- Pour into wine goblets. Drizzle chocolate syrup over each serving.
