Italian Herb Blend

With just a few ingredients you can make this savoury and versatile herb blend. Add some to your favourite Italian dishes or make up a batch and give as a gift from the kitchen.  

Storage time: Up to 2 years on the shelf. 

Yield: 1 cup

Italian Herb Blend


  • 1/4 cup dried basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup dried dill weed
  • 1/4 cup dried marjoram leaves
  • 1/4 cup dried savory leaves
  • 2 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp dried sage leaves
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme leaves


  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
  3. Crumble or grind to use.
