JALAPENO AND LIME BUTTER
Ingredients
1/2 cup salted butter, softened
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped jalapeno pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor; process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 weeks.
