JALAPENO AND LIME BUTTER

Use store-bought jalapeno jelly to glaze these chicken breasts before grilling. Make it a meal with rice or barbecued potatoes and your favourite green salad.

JALAPENO AND LIME BUTTER

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp finely chopped jalapeno pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor; process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 weeks.
