LEMON GARLIC CAULIFLOWER FLORETS
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, bruised
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 12 cups cauliflower florets
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and spices in a large bowl. Add cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Transfer florets to a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip florets and continue to bake until florets are tender, but not mushy, about 15 minutes.
