Lemon and Garlic Turkey Fillets
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp thyme, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 small turkey breast fillets
Directions
- To prepare marinade, combine all ingredients except turkey in a heavy zip-lock plastic bag. Add turkey and squeeze bag to coat turkey with marinade; seal bag. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Remove turkey from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill turkey over medium heat on natural gas barbecue for 15 - 20 minutes or until turkey is cooked through.
