Lemon and Garlic Turkey Fillets

These healthy and flavourful fillets pair well with a fresh green salad.

Lemon and Garlic Turkey Fillets


  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp thyme, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 4 small turkey breast fillets


  1. To prepare marinade, combine all ingredients except turkey in a heavy zip-lock plastic bag. Add turkey and squeeze bag to coat turkey with marinade; seal bag. Let stand for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove turkey from marinade; discard marinade.
  3. Grill turkey over medium heat on natural gas barbecue for 15 - 20 minutes or until turkey is cooked through.
