LEMON MUSTARD GLAZED HALIBUT
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp salted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp basil, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 4 small or two large halibut steaks
Directions
- Preheat natural gas barbecue on medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes
- Combine all ingredients except halibut. Brush both sides of steaks with lemon mixture.
- Grill steaks on an oiled grid over medium heat on natural gas barbecue until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10 - 12 minutes per inch of thickness. Brush with lemon mixture during grilling.
