Madras Rub
Rubs are seasoning mixtures applied to foods to flavor them before grilling. This colourful seasoning blend is excellent on chicken or pork.
Yield: Makes about 1/3 cup

Madras Rub
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
