MANGO BANANA SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed peeled mangoes
- 3 cups sliced bananas
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Directions
- Prepare smoothie in two batches. For each batch, combine half of each ingredient in a blender. Purée until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
