MANGO COCONUT SMOOTHIE
This blended smoothie gets its coconut flavour from the addition of coconut milk. Combined with mango, yogurt and honey, this drink makes for a quick and convenient breakfast.

- 1 mango, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 can (400 mL) coconut milk
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Purée until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
