Marmalade and Mustard Ham Slices
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tbsp Dijon or coarse grain mustard
- 4 - 6 thick ham slices
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except ham. Cook ham slices over low heat on natural gas BBQ. Baste with sauce during cooking.
