MUSTARD HORSERADISH STEAKS
Horseradish complements the taste of beef beautifully. Marinated your meat in a mix of mustard, horseradish and garlic for a twist on standard barbecued steak.

MUSTARD HORSERADISH STEAKS
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 rib steaks, 1 inch thick
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except steaks in a heavy zip-lock plastic bag. Add steaks and squeeze bag to coat steaks with seasoning mixture; seal bag. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat natural gas barbecue on medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Remove steaks from bag.
- Grill steaks over medium heat on natural gas barbecue to desired doneness.
