MUSTARD SPICED SALMON
Give your barbecued salmon a flavour boost by brushing it with a tasty mixture of mustard, coriander, ginger and garlic.

MUSTARD SPICED SALMON
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp packed golden brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 salmon steaks, 1 inch thick
- Canola Oil*
Directions
- Preheat natural gas barbecue on medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Combine mustard, brown sugar, coriander, ginger, pepper, salt and garlic.
- Brush both sides of salmon with oil.
- Grill salmon over medium heat on natural gas barbecue for 5 minutes, turning once to sear both sides.
- Brush top of salmon with mustard mixture and continue cooking for 5 - 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
