ORANGE MUSTARD CHICKEN WINGS

These unique baked chicken wings are marinated with a tangy-sweet mixture of Dijon mustard, orange marmalade, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.

ORANGE MUSTARD CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/4 lb (0.625 kg) chicken wing drumettes

Directions

  1. To prepare marinade, combine all ingredients except chicken in a heavy zip-lock plastic bag. Add chicken and squeeze bag to coat chicken with marinade. Seal bag and place on a plate. Refrigerate, turning bag occasionally, for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and place on a rack in a large foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; discard marinade. Place chicken on rack.
  4. Bake, uncovered, until wings are golden brown, about 45 minutes.
