These easy cheese quesadillas are a snap to make. Simply sprinkle tortillas with cheese and green onions, fold them over, and bake until they’re nice and gooey.

Yield: Makes 16 wedges.



  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 flour tortillas (6 inch)
  • 4 tsp thinly sliced green onion


  1. Sprinkle cheese evenly over half of each tortilla. Top with onion.
  2. Fold tortillas in half. Place on a jelly-roll pan.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 10 - 12 minutes or until quesadillas are heated through and cheese is melted.
  4. Cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges. Serve immediately.
