RASPBERRY LEMONADE

This pretty thirst-quencher is easy to make and perfect for hot summer days.

Yield: Makes 8 cups.

RASPBERRY LEMONADE

Ingredients

  • 6 cups water, divided
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 can (355 mL) frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed

Directions

  1. Combine 1 1/2 cups water and raspberries in a blender; process until smooth.
  2. Strain mixture through a fine sieve into a serving pitcher; discard seeds. Add remaining 4 1/2 cups water and lemonade concentrate to raspberry liquid; stir to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
