ROSEMARY AND LEMON GRILLED RIB EYES
Give your steaks a little bit of fresh flavour by marinating them in a mixture of rosemary, lemon and garlic. The flavours here are subtle enough to let the natural taste of the meat shine through.

ROSEMARY AND LEMON GRILLED RIB EYES
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 rib-eye steaks, 1 inch thick
Directions
- To prepare marinade, combine all ingredients except steaks in a heavy zip-lock plastic bag.
- Add steaks and squeeze bag to coat steaks with marinade; seal bag. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill steaks over medium heat on natural gas barbecue to desired doneness.
