SLOW COOKER WINTER COCKTAIL
This warming winter drink brings together the flavours of cranberry raspberry cocktail, orange juice, cinnamon, cloves and, if you’d like, brandy. Warm it in the slow cooker to let the flavour of the spices shine through.

SLOW COOKER WINTER COCKTAIL
Ingredients
- 1 bottle (1.89 L) cranberry raspberry cocktail
- 3 cups fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup brandy, optional
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 12 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks, broken
Directions
- Combine cranberry raspberry cocktail, orange juice, brandy, lemon juice and sugar in a 5 quart slow cooker. Place cloves and cinnamon sticks in a large tea ball or cheesecloth bag; add to slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high heat setting for 2 1/2 – 3 hours. Remove tea ball before serving; discard cloves and cinnamon stick.
