Kids and adults alike will love this fun hot chocolate drink. Get all the flavour of s’mores in your cup by topping hot chocolate with broiled marshmallows and graham crackers.

Yield: Serves 4.



  • 4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 jumbo marshmallows, halved lengthwise
  • 2 graham wafers, cut in half lengthwise
  • 16 milk chocolate chips
  • 4 bear-shaped honey graham cookies


  1. Heat milk in a medium saucepan over low heat until steaming and just beginning to simmer. Do not boil. Remove from heat.
  2. Add 3/4 cup chocolate chips and whisk until chocolate is melted and milk mixture is smooth. Return to low heat; keep warm.
  3. Preheat broiler. To make s’mores, place 1 marshmallow half on each graham wafer half. Transfer to a nonstick foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Broil until marshmallows are golden brown. Remove pan from oven. Place 4 chocolate chips on each marshmallow half. Top each with 1 graham cookie.
  4. Stir milk mixture and pour into mugs. Top each serving with a s’more.
