SOUTHWESTERN CORN ON THE COB
Give your barbecued corn the southwestern treatment by wrapping it in bacon and seasoning it with chili powder. This is a great accompaniment to burgers, steak or other grilled fare.

SOUTHWESTERN CORN ON THE COB
Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 8 cobs corn, husked
- 3 tbsp chili powder
Directions
- Preheat natural gas barbecue on medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Wrap a bacon slice around each cob of corn; place each on a sheet of foil. Sprinkle with chili powder and wrap tightly with foil.
- Grill, turning frequently, until lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
