SPICE RUBBED GRILLED CORN

Rub this corn with a mix of paprika, dry mustard, chili powder and cumin before throwing it on the barbecue.

Yield: Serves 6.

SPICE RUBBED GRILLED CORN

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 6 cobs of corn, husked

Directions

  1. Preheat natural gas barbecue on medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes.
  2. Combine oil, paprika, chili powder, dry mustard and cumin. Spread oil mixture over cobs of corn.
  3. Grill corn, turning occasionally, until lightly browned, about 15 - 20 minutes.
