Spicy Chicken Wings
Saucy, finger licking, and very spicy just how you like it.

Spicy Chicken Wings 
            Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
 - 1/2 cup liquid honey
 - 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
 - 1/3 cup dry sherry
 - 1/4 cup cider vinegar
 - 1/4 cup marmalade
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 slice orange
 - 1 slice lemon
 - 4 slices fresh ginger
 - 4 drops Tabasco sauce
 - 4 lbs (2 kg) chicken wings
 
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except wings in a stainless-steel saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup for basting; refrigerate.
 - Pour the rest of the marinade over wings and refrigerate overnight.
 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
 - Remove wings from marinade and arrange on a rack in a shallow pan.
 - Bake for 40 – 50 minutes basting with remaining marinade every 20 minutes.
