Spicy Mustarfd Slaw

Spice up your slaw! This sauce and spicy slaw recipe goes great with your favourite pulled pork recipe or any summer grilling recipe.

Spicy Mustard Slaw


  • 1 medium-sized head cabbage
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp horseradish
  • Salt and pepper*
  • Cherry tomato halves for garnish*


  1. Finely shred cabbage to make about 10 cups.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, horseradish and brown sugar; mix into cabbage until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  4. Mix lightly before serving. Garnish with tomato halves.
