STRAWBERRIES WITH SUMMER DIP
Ingredients
- 1 cup light or regular sour cream
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 4 cups whole strawberries
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except strawberries. Refrigerate until serving or for up to 2 days. Serve strawberries with dip. If desired, dip may be spooned over sliced strawberries or peaches.
