TUNA WRAPS
Wrap your tuna salad in tortillas for a change from regular tuna sandwiches. These tasty wraps are great to take to work or school for lunch.

TUNA WRAPS
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 2 cans (170 g each) chunk light tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped drained water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/3 cup chopped red or green bell pepper
- 4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
Directions
- Combine mayonnaise, mustard and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in tuna, water chestnuts, onions and bell pepper.
- Spoon tuna mixture evenly down the centre of each tortilla. Top each with 1/2 cup lettuce. Fold bottom edge of each tortilla 1 inch over tuna mixture. Fold sides of tortillas to centres, overlapping edges. Serve immediately or wrap individually in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
