Turkey Burgers with Spicy Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb (500 g) ground turkey
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp fresh tarragon
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp fresh thyme
- 6 hamburger buns, toasted
- Lettuce leaves*
- Tomato slices *
- Spicy Sauce, recipe follows*
Directions
- Combine first 10 ingredients. Shape into 6 patties.
- Grill over medium heat on a natural gas barbecue until completely cooked, but not dry.
- Serve in buns with lettuce, tomato and Spicy Sauce.

Spicy Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp chili sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp steak sauce
- Few dashes Tabasco sauce
Yield: Makes about 1/2 cup.
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
