White Chocolate Haystacks

Our white chocolate haystacks are a quick, easy recipe your family can make all year round. White chocolate and pretzels with a hint of coconut will have you reaching for another.

White Chocolate Haystacks

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate-flavoured dipping wafers, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely crushed pretzel sticks
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Drop mixture by rounded spoonfuls onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets.
  3. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.

Tip:

300g of dipping wafers = 2 cups. 

 

Fun decorating ideas:  

Halloween monsters: use purple, green or black coloured dipping wafers and decorate with candy eyes. Use extra pretzel sticks for arms and legs.   

Snowmen: Spoon 3 different sizes of haystacks onto parchment paper, when they are almost set, stack them on top of each other and stick 2 unbroken pretzel sticks in the middle. Use mini chocolate chips for your eyes and mouth.  

Valentines Day: Use red or pink coloured dipping wafers and decorate with heart sprinkles.
