YOGURT CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Lighten up your cream cheese frosting by mixing in a little bit of tangy Greek yogurt. This frosting is great on cakes or cupcakes.

Yield: Makes about 1 3/4 cups.

YOGURT CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 1 minute. Add yogurt, honey, vanilla and salt. Continue beating until smooth and creamy, about 1 - 2 minutes.
