Pancakes
Everyone needs a good pancake mix to start their morning right. Serve this at breakfast with your preferred syrup of choice.
Yield: Makes about 10.

PANCAKES
            Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups Pancake and Waffle Mix
 - 1 cup water
 - 1 tbsp salted butter, melted or oil
 - 1 egg
 - Maple or pancake syrup
 
Directions
- Place mix in a bowl.
 - Using a spoon, make a well in centre of mix.
 - Whisk together water, melted butter and egg until blended.
 - Pour water mixture into well and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.
 - For each pancake, spoon batter, spreading lightly, onto a lightly greased griddle or frypan over medium heat.
 - Cook pancakes until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Serve with syrup.
