Tapas is a Spanish word used to describe small plates of food.
Tapas are great for entertaining any time of year. Throw a tapas party and serve small plates of shareable foods such as warm olives, a variety of cheeses and sliced cured meats, ultra-crispy potatoes, stuffed dates, crostini, and empanadas.
