Gardening & Preserving
We encouraged people to grow their own food (Victory Gardens during World War 2) and still today show how to safely can fruits and vegetables to keep them from spoiling. Local greenhouses are now encouraging people to start indoor and outdoor gardening, just like Victory Gardens.
We are constantly updating our canning and preserving knowledge as new information is available.
